Visiting from out of state and came here with my husband. The avocado toast was beautiful and delicious. Drip coffee and oat milk latte were excellent. For something sweet, we split a scone. Not the best I have ever had, but definitely above average. You do have to pay for on street parking. But bring a quarter and stay an hour, which is so affordable. My husband has a medical alert service dog, and staff didn’t give us any trouble. The space is small and when we arrived outdoor seating was all taken up, but we did find a spot where we could sit and enjoy our coffee and where my husband could safely position his service dog out of the walkway, which is huge for us.
