I have a long haired cat who is terrified of the groomer and usually bites and claws them. This is our first time going to Velvet Tails and they said she was so good and didn't do any of that. I sat in the front room and didn't even hear her whine often. These groomers are amazing and I highly recommend! I don't remember my cat's groomers name, but she was a redhead. Shout out to her!
