I wish I could give them more than five stars, because they would deserve every one of them! My poor dog suffers from severe anxiety. He was previously kicked out of Petco grooming and asked not to come back due to the very tiniest little growl that he let out one day when he went in to be groomed. Velvet Tails welcomed him with open arms. He saw Jenna yesterday and they quickly bonded. Not only do they want him to come back, but Jenna would like him every time! They take the time to make the dogs feel comfortable and safe, as well as doing each dog one on one throughout the process. I would highly recommend taking any dog that has anxiety issues, or any dog in general to Velvet Tails! They are truly amazing!
