Fantastic people to deal with our dog! Our Morticia is very selective of who she warms up to, and she immediately felt at home when she walked in the door. They deal with one pet at a time so there is less stress for everyone, including our pup. They are very thorough even asking if there is anyone in our home that may be sensitive to scents. Our Tish came home a happy, clean girl!
