Downtown Facade Grant Program OPEN
The NEDC is thrilled to partner with the Northampton County GrowNORCO program to offer facade grants to downtown property owners and business tenants.
Do you need a refresh of your entryway? New doors or windows? Exterior lighting? Updated signage? The NEDC Facade Grant program may be your answer. Property owners and businesses tenants are eligible.
Grants are available for projects between $4,000 and $20,000. This is a 50/50 match grant, meaning we will grant you 50% of the projects costs. This program utilizes government funds, so there is a process and procedures, and we are here to help.
